The Laws of Attraction

Have you ever thought of a song and it came on the radio soon after? Or mentioned someone you haven't seen in a while and then bumped into them that week? This is called the Laws of Attraction. The theory that our thoughts manifest our destiny. I happen to fully believe in this concept 100%. I've seen it happen too many times in my own life for it not to be real. Once you are in tune with this frequency I bet you'll notice it more too (and use it to your advantage).
I'm truly fascinated by the Laws of Attraction and practice its "rules" often. It works for me, and when properly channeled can be a benefit to you too (if it isn't already). Our mind can do amazing things. When we control our thoughts and properly direct them towards our goals and dreams fascinating things happen. This subject has been covered by so many from Oprah, to Einstein, to Gandhi. And most recognizable the book "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne.

I often read up on the subject and came across this article which suggests writing a letter to the universe. As if writing to a friend, list your fears, wishes, and lastly what you are already thankful for. Through this process according to the article, you are releasing your worries, as well as making a call to action for your desires to be answered.

I'd like to personally challenge myself and you to do this exercise. Why not? What do we have to lose? Imagine what we have to gain? Let's all do it and report back. Everyone has fears and we all have desires unfulfilled. And I'm sure we all have so much to be grateful for. So why not take this theory and specifically this exercise and see what happens.

Negative thoughts and emotions will be our biggest obstacles. In order for this to work, there has to be a commitment to allocate zero energy to these toxic behaviors. After all, according to the laws of attraction our thoughts manifest our destiny. So imagine what we manifest with negativity? Yup ... more of it.

Good luck! Thanks for stopping by and here's to another day closer to a life in balance ...
